Description
Follow this .4-mile peaceful, remote trail to scenic flat shoals on the Chattooga River. Descend into a cool, pine hemlock and hardwood forest as you wind down the gravel trail to the river bank. Watch for birds, deer, snakes, and other wildlife.

Camping: Primitive camping is allowed, but campsites must be greater than 50 feet from streams and trails, and greater than ¼ mile from roads.
