Description
Sprawling out either side of a bend in the Saluda River, Riverbanks Zoo and Botanical Garden will take your from Africa to shade garden and back via sea lions, lemurs, bears, big cats and even a selection of Australian critters, like koalas and wallabies. Your young ones can will want to see the ponies and pet domestic animals in Riverbanks Farm and enjoy a romp through the Play Garden once they've taken a stroll along the Treetops Bridge. Catch a flick in the 3-D Adventure Theater and learn more about nature the hands-on way in the Discovery Center before settling down to a picnic lunch or a live show in the Ampitheater.
